ABOUT
bespoke travel for the curiously-minded
Turndown Service is a boutique travel agency built on one core idea: that the feeling of a trip matters as much as the logistics. Every itinerary is personal, considered, and built around you.
WHY TURNDOWN SERVICE
01
the feeling is the point
Anyone can book a flight and find a hotel. What I'm actually doing is building the feeling of a trip — the pace, the texture, the moments that make it stick. The logistics are just how we get there.
02
the details are never optional
From the itinerary document to the dinner reservation to the room type — everything is meticulously considered. You'll know what to expect, when to expect it, and it'll all be presented in a way that feels as good as the trip itself.
03
bespoke means bespoke
Two days or two weeks, budget or luxury — every trip gets the same level of care and attention. Your trip, built once, built right.
04
no bad meals
Hangry is *not* the vibe. Eating well is just as important as a great hotel or activity. Dietary restrictions, allergies, preferences, or just being particular about where and what you eat — all of it is built in from day one.
A REAL, LIVE PERSON.
you'll have my full attention.
You'll work with me directly — not a team, not a system. I'll remember what you told me, I'll respond quickly, and I'll stay with you from the first conversation to the last day of the trip. And I'm pretty cool, if I do say so myself.

THE PERSON BEHIND IT ALL
a traveler, first and foremost
I've been traveling globally my whole life — with a background in hospitality and hotel branding, years working in culinary tourism, and a lifelong habit of finding the places that don't make the top ten lists. I'm also a gluten-free traveler, which means planning my meals around dietary restrictions is something I navigate personally every trip. And I love to eat, so compromise really isn't an option.
Travel started making sense in college, studying abroad in Chile — moving in with a host family, getting my Spanish properly tested, and understanding for the first time what it actually means to be somewhere rather than just visit it. That changed how I travel. That's still how I do it today.
I started Turndown Service because I love doing this. The research, the details, the moment someone lands somewhere and it feels exactly right. Not just a good deal. A feeling. That's what we're after.
