Turndown Service arranges travel on your behalf including accommodations, cruises, tours, and experiences. All bookings are subject to the individual terms and conditions of each supplier. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. The booking and payment for flights are typically the responsibility of the client, not Turndown Service.
3. Bookings & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment as communicated at time of booking. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed by the supplier. Payment schedules vary by supplier and will be outlined clearly before any booking is finalized.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier and will be communicated at time of booking. Service fees paid directly to Turndown Service are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings.
5. Travel Insurance
Turndown Service strongly recommends travel insurance for every trip. We are not responsible for losses arising from cancellations, delays, illness, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance options can be discussed at time of booking.
6. Supplier Liability
Turndown Service acts as an independent agent arranging services provided by third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or defaults of any airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, or other supplier. Disputes arising from supplier services should be directed to the supplier in the first instance.
7. Dietary, Allergen & Special Requests
We make every effort to communicate dietary restrictions, allergen requirements, accessibility needs, and other special requests to suppliers on your behalf. However we cannot guarantee fulfillment of any special request as this remains the responsibility of the individual supplier. We recommend confirming all special requests directly with suppliers prior to travel. Turndown Service is not responsible for any incidents or mishandling of dietary or allergen accommodations made by suppliers or vendors.
8. Pricing Errors In the event of a clear pricing error Turndown Service reserves the right to correct the error and offer the corrected price or a full refund prior to booking confirmation.
9. Website Use The content on this website is for informational purposes only. Turndown Service makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of destination information, pricing, or availability displayed on this site.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States.
